NAVY-AC STYMIES GREATER PHILADELPHIA 19-5 TO CLINCH BRACKET A TITLE CORONADO, Calif. – Navy-AC outscored Greater Philadelphia 10-1 in the second half to clinch the boys' 18-and-under Bracket A title at the 2010 National State Challenge at Coronado High School's Brian Bent Aquatic Center. The victory places Navy-AC into a semifinal game at 3:00 p.m. versus Bracket B runner-up Greater San Diego, while Greater Philadelphia will meet Bracket B champion Hawaii-Iolani at 4:00 p.m. in the other semifinal game. For Navy, Archie Warren led the way with seven goals, while Erich Schwamb finished with five goals as seven different players put a ball into the back of the net for the Blue & Gold. Chase Hamilton netted three goals to key Greater Philadelphia which will seek to win its' next game against Iolani and potentially earn a rematch against Navy in the tournament title game set for 3:00 p.m. on Sunday, July 25 at Coronado's Bent Aquatic Center.
